Clean Slate Demolition was started in 2020 by cousins Richard and Eddie Alvarez. Both of them have a bona fide passion for construction and customer service. Their vision is to specialize in construction demolition and then expand the business by obtaining an engineering and general building license by 2025. Both their daughters are involved with the social media and digital marketing aspects of the business– Richard’s daughter aspires to be in charge of the accounting while Eddie’s daughter has ambitions to become the company’s interior decorator and project estimator. The motto at Clean Slate Demolition is “everyone is a customer.” This means that not only does the paying client get treated with the utmost care and attention, so does every valued employee, subcontractor, and vendor. We are all one big team.
